Crooked River Lighthouse 2012 Lantern Fest

Carrabelle Lighthouse Association promises you another enchanting evening of

theater, music, and dance for the 4th annual birthday celebration of the Crooked River Lighthouse!

The park will be decorated with a lantern for each of the 117 years since the lighthouse was built.

The tower will be open for night climbing until 10 pm (the lanterns look beautiful from the top!)

Our Keeper's House Museum and Gift Shop will be open and our food vendor this year is the

popular local restaurant  2 Al's at the Beach.

Learn valuable skills for survival in the wilderness at our ancient crafts workshops on

rope making thatching and basketry, starting at 6 pm.

Around 7:15, Tallahassee Community College Dance Company will present another exciting

motion piece.( It'll be hard to top last year's amazing performance!)

on BOTH Friday and Saturday nights.

Enter the ship's bilge if you dare, on some nights the spirits of the lost at sea appear....
